No smoking allowed in the house. No children, no pets, no DSS.
Communal cleaning is included which is limited to 2 labour hours per fortnight but which does not form part of a professional end of tenancy clean which is the Tenant's responsibility.
Communal area according to fire risk assessment must be kept clear and free of all personal belongings. Items will be removed and discard when attention is not being adhered too.
