Once you have chosen one of our homes, a refundable holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent will be required to secure the room or property. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of payment, the holding deposit will be fully refunded. After this 14-day period, the holding deposit will become non-refundable and will be retained. The holding deposit will be credited towards your first month’s rent upon commencement of the tenancy.

A security deposit equivalent to five weeks’ rent, together with the first month’s rent in advance, will be payable one month prior to the tenancy start date. The deposit will be protected within a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme, namely the DPS.
