Brenland Properties as listed on this website are all within a 5–15 minute walk of East 15 Acting School.
Within our portfolio, we offer individual rooms and houses exclusively for E15 students, ensuring a shared living experience with like-minded people.

Once you decide to proceed with one of our properties, a holding fee is required from each tenant or household to secure the room or property.
This fee will be credited towards the first month’s rent.
All new tenancies are offered as Assured Periodic Tenancies (APT) in line with the latest Renters’ Rights legislation. A five-week tenancy deposit and one month’s rent in advance will be required prior to the tenancy start date. All deposits are protected within a government-approved Deposit Protection Service (DPS) scheme.
