Broadband & Internet Policy

All internet services provided within Brenland Properties accommodation are subject to a tenancy internet policy supplied through our broadband provider. Tenants are expected to use the internet responsibly and ensure that the service is not used for unlawful, disruptive, or commercial purposes. Users are responsible for the security of their own devices, ensuring adequate virus protection, maintaining backups of personal data, and complying with all relevant laws relating to online activity.

Please note that any misuse of the internet service, damage to supplied equipment, or breach of the internet usage policy may result in action being taken by Brenland Properties or the broadband provider. Technical support queries should be raised directly with the provider’s tenant support desk.
