House Rules

  1. No smoking allowed in the house. No children, no pets, no DSS.

  2. Communal cleaning is included which is limited to 2 labour hours per fortnight but which does not form part of a professional end of tenancy clean which is the Tenant's responsibility.

  3. Communal area according to fire risk assessment must be kept clear and free of all personal belongings. Items will be removed and discard when attention is not being adhered too. 

  4. Individually rooms and en-suites can be cleaned, but this would be negotiated between the cleaning team and the tenant

  5. Landlord contents insurance included but not tenants personally items are not included. Person responsible for paying: Council Tax/Rates (student exempt during course period)

  6. Tenants must agree to immediately report any maintenance issues via the maintenance reporting system FixFlo
